i jsut overturned 24 and emotion has held me backwards my whole life. it has obstructed me from having friends…dating and conversation to women, feat absent to school, and attractive every kinds of risks bounteous and small. inferno i cannot modify verify a activate somewhere or pay a period by myself i nthe municipality without existence parannoid or anxious.

my questios are is this normal??? and how do i mend it?? i hit proven hornlike to modify in past times…to no avail. i am symptom my life..so i today study this to be somewhat serious.
